I seriously never thought I would be here, but my mom’s job changed. She had to travel all the time and her company didn’t think I needed to travel with her. Even though I am super small ~ wide, but small ~ they still said no.
So, I moved in with a relative. She had a “tiny poodle” and we were buds. But my new mama is having a baby, like tomorrow. That means, she is 9 months pregnant and she kept tripping over me. It wasn’t my fault. She just couldn’t see her feet!
My life has always been great. I have only known love and kindness. But due to the new baby circumstances, everyone felt that I would be better in a new home, where I can have all the attention I need.
Oh, yes, before you ask: I do have a little something going on with my face. I will tell you ~ yes, I do shave my whiskers! Oh, and I also have a cleft lip, just in case you didn’t notice!
6/9/22 Update: She has her social skills down: walking on a leash, potty trained, driving in a car, even how to sleep on a couch. She is back from Dr. Larsen’s and is ready to find her furever home. She would make a great companion for anyone She can snore, though….
6/21/22 Update: Mollie had another great week and she is active! Long walks, power walks, playing ball… If you like the same, she may be your perfect match!
7/4/22 Update: Mollie has it all: lots of love to give, potty trained, calm, dog- and cat-friendly. That is until a toy or squirrel are around… then she is all business.
7/23/22 Update: Every week, I get to see more of Mollie’s amazing personality and she is a great companion! She enjoys being active and loves to go for walks.
8/3/22 Update: Mollie is definitely the queen of the house!
I really love this girl and she is 100% committed to her foster family. She pays attention, understands what we want from her and, surprise, surprise… she listens to direction very well! She just wants a family who will love her and let her play… because she LOVES to play.
9/8/22 Update: Molly loves the cooler weather and longer walks! This is the expression she gave me when I told her it was time to go home.
9/23/22 Update: Mollie May is enjoying the cooler weather while she is waiting on her family! This girl is a gem. She can be bossy with new dogs, but will quickly calm down once she feels comfortable with them. She is good with cats, loves a long walk, potty trained and knows commands (and actually obeys them). I really enjoy spending time with her.
9/26/22 Update: Mollie wants to know why we have four beds in the living room, but Magnus always wants to sleep with her?
9/28/22 Update: When Mollie sees the water hose come out, she turns into her alter-ego. It’s either a hippo or water ballerina. I’m not sure which one.
